The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.#MeAeroResponsible for the analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification of software and troubleshooting code for firmware (IC embedded code) applications. Work often involves analog and digital hardware and software operating systems. Position requires knowledge and exposure to hardware design. Typically programs in machine language, assembly language and high level languages (e.g., C, C++).Basic Qualifications• Experience with complex electronics and embedded systems, such as Field Programmable Gate Arrays or hardware development.• AMD/Xilinx, Altera and/or Microchip design experience.• Minimum of 3 years of Verilog/SystemVerilog and/or VHDL• Bachelor's from an accredited college in Electrical or Computer Engineering or bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.• Willing and able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required for this position.Desired SkillsConstrained random testbench development and simulationQuesta, Libero experienceExperience with agile development, configuration management and continuous integration processes and methodologies.Experience preparing system architectures and appropriate UML related diagrams.Strong mentoring skills and experience leading groups.Strong technical communication skills (experience communicating technical designs to non-technical customers and communicating customer desires to technical team).Experience with industry standard agile development tools, such as Jira, Confluence and Gitlab.Understanding networking and PCIe standards.Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.Ability to adapt well to change, as the working environment has evolving requirements and dynamic schedules.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $110300.00 - $204900.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
