This role turns operational, payment, and cost data into practical decisions that improve the gross margin earned from each captured citation. You will understand why a program, camera, or stage of the citation journey is performing differently from expectation, working with the relevant teams across both the UK and the US to resolve it, and measuring the result. The role sits in the Operations function and works closely with Finance, Product, and Technology as key stakeholders.
